Item 5, above: The sliding glass door installed has a manufacturing flaw with gasket material misplaced between the sliding glass door panel and the door frame.

Everyone involved was very professional and did a great job. The only problem I have is that the financing was presented as a loan and turned out not to be. The financing is in the form of a home improvement credit card which affects credit rating much differently than a loan. I probably would have waited...

I have two outside outlets (one on the back and one in the front). I noticed that the one in the front is flashing red. Why is that?

If it's solid red it might be indicating a tripped GFCI, if it's flashing it might be defective. When I say might it's because not all GFCI-s have the same type of light or color. Some are lit when o ... read more
