RIEGER HOMES, INC. has been the builder of choice in the Mid-Hudson Valley for over 50 years and has built more than 6,000 homes. Our goals are to build homes customized to our purchasers' needs and dreams, incorporating the highest quality, value and design, and to earn our purchaser's respect and satisfaction. We are a family company, now managed by its second generation. Ian and Steven Rieger are long time builders and real estate executives. Ian Rieger has been a builder his entire professional career and is past President of both the New York State Builders Association and the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley. Steven Rieger, who had an earlier career as an accomplished attorney, is also a past President of the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley.
GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. In this report, Rieger Homes has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in March 2016. In that time, 10 out of 13 customers (77%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in November 2015.
