We had a project started in January of 2024. Drawer replacement and cabinet refacing. The project is STILL not completed on May 1, 2024. The cupboard drawers keep getting cut wrong.
We stated that we wanted the veneer we had not to be touched and it was replaced by a unattractive flat white board.
Stay away from this company. Horribly communication and they seem like they can't get the job done the way we want. Never ending issues.

I had the salesperson over and did all the paperwork. I told the salesperson (Gabe ( not to hit my credit over 1 time. He failed to tell the office personnel. My credit was hit 2 times and points were taken off my FICO score. Then when the manager asked him about it Gabe said that we never had that talk. The manager said that he wrote a letter to the credit. He also said they had to get me credit so I could pay for the work to be done. I have not heard back yet. I think this company looks out for themselves and does not care about the customer. Do not trust this company or the people that work there.

I hired Remodel USA to remodel my kitchen in December 2019. I was so excited about my new kitchen and the salesperson did a great job hooking me. Even the president of the company called and thanked me for choosing them. I thought I found the best company but unfortunately once they got my deposit I discovered that they are a nightmare. I called for months trying to figure out when they were going to start the work and the once they did show up they just tore everything up and left me with a huge mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Not one permit was pulled despite being told it was being done and that the city was asking for this or that to justify delay after delay. Then when confronted they tried to say that permits were not needed even though the city assured me that that was not correct. And confronting them was another issue all together. No one knows what is going on from the top on down. I should have read and headed the reviews before I hired them. My mistake and I will never allow them back into my home. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Although I did not get exactly what I was hoping for in regards to timing or finished product, the basement looks much better. I was able to speak with a high level of the company to get the project over the finish line. The installation team was courteous and professional.

The circle of friends and family I know can not afford Owens Corning Basement Finishing System. When they do see the work I tell them to please save your money and do not get it financed through Owens Corning.

Owens Corning Basement Finishing System seems like a good system although over priced, I would not recommend Remodel USA to do the work.

If they had correctly crossed all their T's and dotted all their I's and made sure that my basement was sealed from the windows, this could have been a great experience. I would not have minded the additional amount of money to finish my basement. Unfortunately, this Company fails to response back for crises, mistakes or mishaps, It took three weeks to even get started and that was after the date I was told it was going to get started. I was told it was going to take two weeks and, it actually took closer to nine weeks. Also, I was told someone would give me a call back, but no one has called back. I will call again today to try and it resolved.

They did an excellent job! The basement is beautiful and we use it a lot. They turned a dead space into a space we use often.

I thought that the installer Jose was amazing! He worked very long hours, worked very hard, very pleasant, very committed to doing high-quality work. His supervisor, Bill was equally supportive. I really appreciate that. The first salesperson was totally off, then the second salesperson was more helpful and knowledgeable and ultimately the regional manager had to come in and review the project to get it where it should be, and I appreciate that. Ultimately the workmanship was high quality. The materials were not the highest quality. In particular, the doors were very thin, low quality.

The men were professional and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

The Owens Corning team was very responsive, communicated daily, responded to my requests, secured my property/work area at the end of each day and completed my project on time/on schedule as agreed. Overall I am satisfied with the final product. There were numerous punch list items that had to be re-accomplished. The team was back the next day to re-accomplish each discrepancy.

If they could get it for a better price. The person would have to see the basement if they like it. I would not discourage them.

The Owens Corning Basement Finishing System is attractive and helps with regulating the temperature of the basement.
