Hi Mr Abboud,

My name is Rich Conley and I am the general manager. I apologize for the bad experience you had this year but I would like to address some of the issues you brought up that were quite unique to your pool.
Your pool was not opened all of 2014 and was opened towards the end of the season this year. Unfortunately, the elements got the best of your heater and the auto cover since they were not used in almost two years. What further compounded the cost of your opening was that the accessories were not available for our opening crew and they had to be repurchased. Also, since your pool was not opened in almost two years, it needed a drain and clean. Once again, if this was not clearly communicated to you, then I take personal responsibility for that and do everything I can to make sure it is presented to the customer in clear manner.

I reviewed the service notes and saw which service you are talking about about not being able to use the pool. Regarding the service crew, I will let them know to better communicate with our customers regarding late stops and to avoid putting chemicals in that can compromise pool usage. Usually, if the pool requires shocking, they will leave the chemicals for the customer and advise them on how to use them.

I will reach out to you by the end of this week to further discuss your concerns if you have time Mr. Abboud. Once again, I apologize for the miscommunications that happened this year but your feedback is greatly appreciated as it helps better us as a company.
