Thank you for allowing us to clear up any misunderstanding. The insurance process can be confusing as you may work with multiple contractors and insurance adjusters. As you would agree we always had both your family and your homes best interest at the center of our service.

This company never did there job properly. They never tore out all of the old flooring to get the wooden floor dried up properly. I had water problems, and the crews never did there job correct. I had to do most of my job the right way. All the crew did was huff and puff, and never did there job right....

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and we are disappointed that we were unable to complete your mitigation to your standards. Unfortunately, after it was discovered that your tenant continued to use the shower without a shower curtain and was re-soaking your floor each morning your insurance carrier asked us to pull equipment from your property and we never received authorization to remove your subfloor.
