Paradise Point Construction

After living for over 30 years in Sumter, South Carolina and building the very successful Evans Construction, which specialized in high end custom homes, Glenn Evans along with his wife Jenny, made a life changing decision to move to the Low Country of South Carolina, Beaufort specifically, and to do things a little differently this time, a touch more slowly. They started by changing the name of their business to Paradise Point Construction, and have not looked back. Paradise Point Construction also specializes in high end custom homes, choosing to work with clients of discriminating tastes, who understand quality workmanship versus quantity workmanship and to decide which projects will be best suited for them. Glenn and Jenny are also excited to have historic restoration and renovations projects in the mix as well. Their goal is to enjoy their work as well as enjoying their new home, lovingly referred to as "paradise".

I would give Glenn Evans and his team my highest rating. He is a total professional with attention to detail his best quality.

Glenn Evans is , without a doubt, one of the most qualified builders is the State. More importantly, he is honest and trustworthy. He constructed our home in Sumter in 2004 and did an excellent job.

Building a home is an emotional event, but Glen Evans made it a positive experience. He just does incredible work. He is very trustworthy. If were to build another home today, I would choose him to build it.

Contact the HVAC manufacture i.e. Goodman, carrier...ect also and notify them to iniaite a warraty log and ask them for assistance. If you have a NEW HOME book from the builder it should list the HVAC ... read more
