I think they did a professional job. Everybody was on time, pleasant, and they got things done. The work was carefully inspected. The guys on the roof really got things done. Construction is hard work, but they did a good job.

What is the best way to clean smudges and marks off of walls painted with flat paint?

I would have to agree with the Mr. Clean pads. The best way would be to paint over it only if you have the same flat paint...but I know sometimes it gets lost or dries out. So the eraser pad should do ... read more

I had vinyl replacement windows installed three years ago in my 70 year old brick home. Could bad installation (shims?) be causing interior wood to pull away?

I dont really see any water damage. They could have by accident impacted the trim with the shims. Maybe send a pcture of the outside and that should tell us a little more
