The paint product that was used peels every year. The company's warranty guarantees they will correct the issue, but they have very poor customer service in regard to answering complaints/warranty issues. I was very pleased with the people at LifeTyme. The owner who came for the initial walk around, explained things to me and was very helpful and friendly and did not rush the appointment. The secretary that spoke to me on the phone was very polite and helpful with all of my questions and rescheduling...
