Level Homes

Level Homes, also known as Level Construction and Development, began as a Louisiana-based homebuilder in 2000, by visionary real estate developer, Todd Waguespack.

Principal investors of the initial partnership included, Charles Landry, as well as John Engquist, CEO of H&E, a publicly traded integrated equipment dealership. Engquist’s capital support is instrumental as Level Homes continues its quest to be a top 10 builder in each new market it enters.

Under Waguespack’s leadership, Level Homes announced efforts to expand nationally in spring of 2013, with sites in the economically resilient, Research Triangle region of North Carolina. In August of 2013, the builder continued its growth by announcing an expansion into the Charleston, South Carolina market with the addition of 400 homes in nearby Monck’s Corner.

In addition to homesites in Louisiana, and the Carolinas, the builder recently announced entry into the Florida market

Level Homes builds a wide array of homes ranging in price from $160,000 to $700,000 and strives to speak to buyers at all phases of the home buying lifecycle; be it first time buyers, those looking to move up or empty nesters.

Level Homes employs a knowledgeable and friendly team that assists in the home buying process from beginning to end. From the day new home buyers walk into the sales office, to the day they receive the keys to their new home, Level Homes strives to make the experience seamless and enjoyable.
