We are really happy with the property and the house. They have been very professional throughout the entire process.

I believe my experience would have been different if I would have been in the community but I bought the house from a distance. I wasn't there much since I didn't live in the community and it would be different I lived closer. I don't recommend doing that.

We felt like they gave a great quality built home for the price that we paid. We feel that they went the extra mile and have had many compliments on everything. The tile work and rock work is fabulous. The mantel and floor plan we absolutely love. We always get compliments on our dining room.

I want to repaint a bathroom with semi-gloss over flat paint, but I also want to reseal the corners with a sealant. Seal first or repaint first? What sealant?

Seal first, repaint second, sealant is like caulking used to cover openings.

You should decide if you want above ground or in-ground.  If you decide to go with in-ground, you should do some research on vinyl liner compared with concrete.  :-)  Good Luck!
