We were extremely pleased with the work Dmitri did and his attention to every detail. He ran the project so beautifully!

Everything was done promptly, and Dmitri was very knowledgeable and gave us all the necessary information to make the necessary improvements. It was in conjunction with Public Service with an energy efficiency update of our house that was forty years old, so everything was brought up to code and then some.

Do I have any recourse for a builder not installing gutters as shown in the plan/drawings? Bought 2 1/2 years ago.

If they were in the drawing, but not in the written contract, it really doesn't matter -- what's in writing trumps the drawings. If other homes by the same builder in the same neighborhood have gutter ... read more

When a house is built and there's scratches as to where you can see a drill was use to install cave it's, is there a monetary value compensation or replace?

If it bugs you have the contractor fix. If you do not your eye will go to that spot everytime.
