The full service means we are here to help fix the small things long after your major projects are complete. Over 35 years of experience doing just about everything possible. Located in Sister Lakes area, near Dowagiac, Michigan serving all the southwestern Michigan region.

The core value at Gatz Construction is to treat the customers as family and that means taking great care of their prized asset, their home. We focus on managing all aspects of services jobs, big or small projects and everything in between, to help our customers focus on enjoying life, instead of working on their honey-do list

Construction of our porch took a ridiculously long time to complete because this company leave jobs to go to other jobs. We don't live at this address so it was very inconvenient for us.

Gatz was doing major remodeling of my parents house for me to move into. I had put a hexagon sunroom addition on. The project was nearing finishing at Christmas, but I would not be able to move in until the New Year. I was still working at the time and living next door to where my parent had lived....
