I cant comment on resolving problems since I didn't have one. Curley was the only one that seemed willing to fix my sunroom. Everyone else wanted to sell me a new one. I would use them again in a heartbeat !!!

I believe that the most important thing besides the cost is a Warranty and a detailed list of materials and work that needs to be done in writting.
