With our “Wrap Around Warranty" not only do you receive the warranty from the manufacturer of the window, you also receive our assurance that you will be completely satisfied with both our Products and our Installation. We will stand behind the manufacturers warranty by taking care of any issues that might arise in a timely fashion, and there will never be any trip or installation charges related to this warranty.

That sounds like it is a GFCI outlet, which simply put means your outlet has it's own breaker. Most codes now require outside electrical outlets to be GFCI for safety reasons. If it is flashing red it ... read more
