We have been in our new Cates house for a little over 4 years now, so this one is pretty comprehensive. Within the first year we had to have a plumber out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet/re skin the cabinet under the sink, water pressure adjustments, siding not secured properly and coming loose, shingles...
I am still waiting for my puch list to be completed since we closed on 4/5/2017. Still waiting!

whats the differnce in LP SmartSiding and the Hardi Plank board siding?

Carpenter bees out of reach! Anything that can be done?

There is a bee spray you can mix in a pump up and reach the higher carpenter bee holes. This worked for me.
