You want to make sure that you are involved every step of the way, that you take as much time as necessary to document every detail. Otherwise your stuck with issues that you can fix after your warranty expires.

An amazing build and a sweet home. We had a fun and exciting time building with Wonderland. Always good surprises along the way and they closed right on time and were very patient with our own hiccups. Highly recommend this builder. Plus the homes are unique and none like them anywhere else.

Do NOT buy from Wonderland. The craftsmanship is poor. The communication is terrible. The construction staff was late to every single meeting despite having advance notice via e-mail.
