Wardell Builders Inc. is made up of 3 divisions, Custom Homes, Remodeling, and Home Maintenance. Our staff is organized, highly skilled and well trained, providing you with an updated life experience based on the latest proven design on sustainability and quality of life.

Custom Homes: Our Custom Homes are handcrafted. Each home is unique and built to our own rigorous standards. We work with a number of excellent architects and designers bringing our accumulated knowledge to each of our projects. From ground break to completion, our systems are designed to insure an enjoyable construction experience.

Remodeling: Our Remodeling Division, offers our Clients and Design Team partners a "small" projects department, backed by our large project expertise. Detailed plans and specifications prior to build insures an efficient construction schedule to minimize the impact on your lifestyle.

Home Maintenance: We know that the upkeep and health of your home is important. You can be assured that we will give the same attention to detail as we do when we build a custom home. Through the Service and Maintenance Department, we bring expertise with our skilled technicians and trade partners to maintain your home. We assure you "one call does it all".
