The contractors that were used were not respectful of our property and they caused damage to our property that Georgia Water and Fire were not willing to take responsibility for. It caused us additional damage and work that had to be done that they refused to complete

Contact the HVAC manufacture i.e. Goodman, carrier...ect also and notify them to iniaite a warraty log and ask them for assistance. If you have a NEW HOME book from the builder it should list the HVAC ... read more
Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?

As Brittany stated earlier, we only use hot-dipped galvanized in this application. It is not a code issue but it does make a huge impact on quality and what will be seen for years to come.
