True North Restoration of Iowa   Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you felt confident in our team's expertise and our ability to resolve the issue. That means a lot to us. We also understand your concern about the final cost, and we're sorry to hear you were caught off guard. Water remediation can be unpredictable—initial assessments often evolve as we uncover the full extent of the damage and determine how materials respond during the drying process. Even so, we know how important clear communication is, and we're sorry if we fell short in keeping you fully informed along the way. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn and do better. Thank you again for trusting us with your home.

After twenty years of being a pool owner I finally have a fabulous company I can rely on. Even at their busiest they are organized, efficient and gracious with their service. Jeremy leads an amazing service team and they stand by their work.

Review of Menold Construction and Restoration by

I was satisfied with the work. In terms of timeline and getting the project done, it was not on-par. They raised my blood. They got the job done, so I am happy.
