high HOA, high utilities. The gated community, where door does not work half the time. Zero initiative from builder to check on quality, warranty and yearly walk through for new house.

Builder is good. All things right, only thing they don't have the warehouse thsings available and should be available.

The workmanship could be better. The communication was not up to the mark. I am very disappointed in their follow-up and the time it took to resolve my issues.

The staff at Trails at Blackhawk communicates with us effectively. Great team to work Sales, coordinators and construction managers. Colton Green and Elaziel are professional sales persons that we met. Emily Lancaster who never miss bi-weekly update :). Bailey and Ehren are professional and knowledgable construction managers. We had nice time other than closing date management. Thanks!

We really enjoyed work with Blackhawk on purchasing our home. They keep the promise on the price even when the cost of building house increased a lot. And the sales team especially Colton Green is very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed working with them.
