Ordering of material was incorrect twice, some appointments were missed, some problems with installation.

Measure the windows right the first two times

There is a leak in one corner. I had to call twice to have someone come look at it. After they “fixed” it, it still leaked and no one has bothered to call and check. Also, where they replaced the covered patio, they left a 4-5 foot area partially exposed.

The service was quick and all questions were answered.

The room installation was somewhat rushed and the final clean up and turnover was hectic. They missed some areas to apply calk and there were metal shavings and foam beads over the lawn. They could have done better in keeping the metal shavings off the lawn. The installation guys were nice and polite, but I didn’t feel like I had a seasoned pro team on site, more like an OJT experience. Also, the supervisor only showed up a few times and didn’t talk to me about the build progress. Overall, I guess I felt like I didn’t get the full attention of Champion, the Champion team build. They seemed to hire okay people to do the work. The final result was okay but attention to final detail was lacking.

Your advertising of buy 2 - get 2 free- is misleading. What I considered as 1 window turned out to be a 3 window

Fast and Efficient

On time, worker's was great, clean up great.

I liked the guys who came out; they were pleasant and friendly and cleaned up behind themselves.

The team really knows what they are doing. And in the event there is possibly any problem down the line, they will come back and resolve it.

We’ve been with Champion since 2006. Our service for our windows has been great. Installation of the storm door - I would recommend the installers get more training on doors they are unfamiliar with. Took 2 1/2 hours plus they did not complete the job and had to come back to add rail extenders. That said, we do like the door.

The installation taken longer than it should have. The patio installation was out sourced to non licensed people that didn't fully understand how to do the installation. Window latches was install wrong, stripped screws and extra screw holes in the windows frame, windows was not sealed correctly, now I have rain water on the floor. The door snap trim that holds the door glass in place don't completely snap in its track because it is bent an cracked. Multiple screws holes in the lower door covered by door flange because they use self tapping screws. The caulking could not look any worse if I did it. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this not to mention the amount of money I spent to have this done. I need results immediately to correct this.

The initial window measurements were wrong causing me to wait an additional six weeks after production before windows could be installed.

The installation went quickly and the site was left clean. The room looks really nice.

Good People, Good Service, Good Product!

The final build is not worth the $80,000.00 that I paid. The timeliness of getting it completed wasn't worth $80K either. I purchased it in the summer and it wasn't even started until November. There was little to no interim communication in between purchase and start. They didn't clean behind themselves well after the build. I had to contact the company several times due to leaks, wholes left open in the roof line, and electrical issues.

It is way to expensive for what I received .
