Showed up a month late. Took 6 days total to complete job. Damaged my aluminum trim and landscaping. Left a roof vent off and shingled over an open hole. Attempted to not do extra work agreed upon in written contract.

REPLACING MY WINDOWS WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE SALES REP ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE CONTRACT, INSTALLATION WAS DONE WITH CARE OF THE PREMISES AND THE PRODUCT SINCE INSTALLATION HAS BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY.
