This vision soon caught on throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. Throughout the 1990’s Soil-Away expanded significantly and eventually relocated to Salem, NH.

By the late 1990’s, Soil-Away offered a wide array of services beyond their original carpet and janitorial cleaning. They expanded into commercial facility cleaning maintenance and post-construction clean-up. In the early 2000’s, Soil-Away outgrew its facility in Salem and moved to its current location in Hooksett, NH.

Today, Soil-Away operates in two primary divisions: Cleaning and Restoration. The cleaning side of the business focuses on commercial and residential carpet, furniture, area rug, and hard surface cleaning. The restoration division of the company primarily handles water, fire and mold losses.

In the summer of 2010, Solloway took on a business partner who provided capital and business expertise to strengthen the company. Together they are focused on continuing the Soil-Away vision of quality service, integrity, transparency, and continual improvement. Soil-Away has been serving New Hampshire and Massachusetts for over 20 years and looks forward to many more.
