My home was flooded overnight. I woke to my home having water from top to bottom, from the second floor to the basement and garage. I immediately called my insurance company and they sent Soil-Away out. They were here within two hours. They took care of everything. They helped me with what I needed to pack up because I couldn't live in my home. I would recommend them highly to anyone who goes through a disaster or any kind of mitigation like this.

The Soil-Away team arrived at my home at a very stressful time after a frozen pipe burst and ruined a newly renovated living room. My first impression was the team lead's compassion for my situation and comforting me with the plan to get my house dry asap and that they were available in all cases. They worked quickly but safely and explained the plan and process throughout. Each team member was courteous and hard working. They made a very stressful situation for me and my family go away while they also eliminated all moisture and potential mold issues in a few days. I was happy with the great service and end result, but the professionalism, compassion and kind demeanor of the entire team was very impressive and reassuring.
