I had to make follow up calls for every step of the process. The repair crew knocked our flood light mount loose from the upper section of our house, it was hanging by the wire. My boyfriend had to climb on the roof and re-attach the light. I will never recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone I know.

Unfortunately it sound like your shower pan was installed incorrectly. Im afraid it will most likely have to be removed to start over again.

The builder did not build our home as we had ordered, citing a design change after contract was signed. What recourse do we have?

A lawyer is the first place to start. Your builder should be insured for problems like this. If it is a big box builder then I am sure something in the corporate contract has an answer for this. You d ... read more
