Having a flooded room in the middle of a global pandemic was our worst nightmare come true! When the original company that was supposed to come fix the problem never showed up nearly a week after being contacted, ServPro of Southern Durham was called and came out within an hour and a half! The moment Warren our Project Manager came to our house we knew we would be in good and capable hands with ServPro of South Durham! All of the staff who came into our home were very professional, friendly and respectful. The staff at ServPro of South Durham went straight to work on our issue. Thanks to Bobby, who led the removal, cleaning, drying and demolition process, with help from Nathaniel, Warren and.Devin. Also to the super efficient Irene who cataloged and individually wrapped all of our things (including china and crystal) and returned them all in pristine condition. They all carefully removed everything in the room, which was overwhelming for me to do by myself. The team pitched in and got it done (and we had a LOT of things in the room)! Thanks to Brian with the weekend crew who came in to remove the fans and make sure everything was dry. Thanks to Byron and Anthony who along with Irene returned all of our furniture from storage and put it back in place without a scratch! We HIGHLY recommend ServPro of South Durham if you ever find yourself in a similar situation! FIVE Stars!!

After a bad experience with ServPro of Southeast Raleigh and Garner, I was a little reluctant to use ServPro again. But the insurance company was pretty firm about using them and so I went ahead. ServPro of South Durham did an excellent job and were very attentive.
