Service Home Pros provides home repairs, maintenance, installation, lighting and fan upgrades, TV mounting, art and decor hanging, security camera installation, dryer vent cleaning, carpentry, furniture assembly, and drywall repair across Upstate South Carolina. Established 2022. Owner Jeremy Strickland started in remodeling and construction at age 12 and brings 20+ years of hands-on home repair experience. He founded Service Home Pros after too many bad subcontractor experiences, determined to make professionalism the standard. We show up on time, dress professionally, keep you updated throughout, and deliver turnkey results. We check off your honey-do list!

How difficult to replace a rotted 6x6 PT support post for 2nd floor deck? Other materials that are less likely to rot?

WE concur with Jeff and Jason although as a company we LOVE none wood decorative posts or engineered productrs. We are in the SOUTH.
