Service

I was under the impression that all boards that were beginning to rot would be replaced,especially if you could see it beside the leafguard.

Came next day worker left battery charger and extension cord and has not returned for them. Gutters had leaks behind them when it rained. Down spouts were pieced with different color than was requested. Called them and they said it would be scheduled but they have not called or returned.

Great product

Crew that installed new gutters and guards didn’t clean up afterwards. Metal leftover after installation was left in the backyard. I have a service dog who thankfully didn’t get cut. They also left multiple metal clips and screws in the yard wherever they were dropped. They left leaves and pinestraw that were sitting on top of the old gutters and just installed over it.

Product seems to be of the highest quality. The gutters look as if they are built into the house. My neighbors are jealous.

I had a great experience with the gentlemen who came out; they were very mannerly, answered any questions I had, and completed the job in a timely manner.

check for need of additional down spout

I had gutters and downspouts installed at my home 3037 Sprucewood Drive, Augusta, GA 30906 in May 2025 and have an un-resolved issue as of today, September 13, 2025. I have sent pictures of the problem and I am still waiting on a reply from Jeremy.

Way too costly as compared to information on the internet.

LeafGuard of Columbia has extremely friendly sales representatives who explain everything with great detail. They also have a friendly installation crew who is more than willing to answer any and all questions that a homeowner might have. They are extremely efficient and will install everything right the first time.

Everyone made sure I talked to someone on the phone to "welcome me to the family" or make sure everything went smoothly, which was great at the time of the sale and installation. I haven't heard from anyone since, which would kinda be nice. I have a friend to refer, but I'm not going to go out of my way to call.

Concerns about pricing at beginning of the process. Very high at first,too high. Too much barr going on. I want fair price on first shot. You have a great product but poor price effort.
