I was told to report any problems after installation as soon as possible. I did, three weeks ago, I reported a leak, and still nobody has come out to check the problem. Makes me feel that once the deal was approved and installed, that's all that mattered.Ya'll were done

Less aggressive sales techniques needed. We wanted a day to consider the options, but were told that the cost was only good while the sale representative was at our home. This pressures homeowners into making hasty decisions that they may ultimately regret.

The installation was done professionally and the product was goo. The only problem was the start of the installation. The installation was supposed to be on Monday; however, the crew unexpectedly arrive on Friday to start work. The three gentlemen that came to my home did an exceptional job on a very hot day! They were courteous and very knowledgeable. The last 45 minutes they finished in the rain. My new gutters (300 feet) and downspouts (200 feet) look amazing.

I was very unhakppy with the length of the sales pitch. My salesman was good, but he was here for over 3.5 hours. He would have been here longer if I hadn't rushed him. I did not like that the I had to listen to a very long pitch before seeing the product or pricing. Then, I hated the silly price negotiating. I would have much preferred to see th product and receive a concrete quote.
