I am a senior and for me A.J. PERRI is a bit pricie.To change a washer for a shut off value was for a toilet was a lot of moneyso I didn't have them change it.The toilet was the only thing I had them fix :-(

roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.
