We hired them to stop the flooding in our basement, they "guaranteed" the work. basement still leaking. They came installed new drain, basement still leaking. Nothing. zero interest in making this right. elderly parents on fixed income, with flooded basement.

What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
