I had a pipe burst and flood my kitchen. My insurance set me up with Peerless and I couldn't have been more pleased. Topher explained every step to me and then worked with my schedule to get everything cleaned and dried up. I would definitely recommend Peerless!

This service was not performed at 2260 Angler Lane, Chesapeake, Va. it was at rental 2624 Chesterfield Blvd. Norfolk, Va. I have completed the paper quality questionnaire and placed in the mail

The rating is low because they have lost the items they took out of my home and never brought back. When they brought some of the items back they were broken. After two months I am still waiting on my items or some type of money for the items that they lost or broke. and I have not heard from them. Now that I see how they treat people and take stuff out of homes I would not recommend them.

Joe was great, explained the whole process & time frame of mitigation. This was our first experience w/ water damage as well as an insurance claim, but he made things easier. They came out as soon as we called & made us a top priority. All the staff involved from Peerless were very professional & courteous.
