Recognized Excellence - Kirk did a very good job with communication skills and making himself available, for questions or concerns. He always had a timely response! Jake was also very good, communicated well and was always letting us know what stages they were in and who was coming by. Their communition was impressive!

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the fact that they followed through with everything that was asked of them. I didn't ask them for the post remediation assessment. That was something I realized after the fact. Time wise and work wise they followed through. They satisfied me that way.
