A lot of the workers assigned to our job made mistake after mistake. We had to wait days and weeks between updates on when work would actually begin. The communications were non-existent from the project manager and we were the ones that had to reach out to outside contractors that they provided because he wouldn’t. I had to take a ton of time off work and the project took almost 4 months(nothing started for two,nothing.) It seemed like we were constantly put on the back burner and it dragged on and on. It was the entire summer and the worst of my life. If you enjoy stress, hire them!

I lost most of my belongings in a fire, Laurens Restoration were some of the most kind and understanding people that I've ever encountered, professional and caring which is what is so needed during a time of such devastation.

We are still waiting 2 months later for some of the materials they took out of the house. There is a grandfather clock that is missing. We haven't had that resolved yet.

Laurens Restoration helped with a MAJOR flood in my home in Chicago and I would, without hesitation, recommend them (especially with Steve Fuller heading the project) for any restoration needs. I've worked with a number of companies in similar situations in the past and Laurens is so far above anyone else in terms of attention to detail and level of service that I'm wishing they also performed other needed services for my home. Not that I'd ever wish for another flooding disaster, but if I did, I would call Laurens Restoration immediately, knowing I wouldn't have a thing to worry about once they became involved.

David, Steve and everyone I dealt with at Lauren's were always kind and professional. Lauren's helped make a difference while we were dealing with a small catastrophe in our home.

I had a very good experience with David Weinheimer handling the removal of debris after water damage to our condo. He was prompt in his responses, and responded well to my concerns. His crew did cause some minor damage, which they immediately stood behind and took care of with the building. David also helped me when I had communications problems with others at Laurens, but his debris removal operation was excellent.

After a fire caused significant smoke damage to our condo, Laurens Restoration was hired by our insurance company to provide cleanup. The Company was quick, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.
