For the particular technician that came, I don't think the 21-point inspection was done at all. As such, it was not worth the money. There were a screw and a cap in my condensing unit that were not re-installed. Not happy at all with this pre-season AC tune-up service.

They did a good job overall. The only issue I had was the picking up of nails from the driveway/lawn. They came on a Mon and Tues and couldn't return until Friday due to weather.
