Two splash blocks were placed backwards directing water TOWARD my foundation. Another downspout and block put water out on an area that caused significant pooling at my foundation. We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?
