This is very bad company with poor work and poor management. It took two months to get work done that should have only taken a month.

They did a better job than the insurance company.

The cleaning was whipping with dry cloths in most cases, leaving a film that took about 80 hours of my time to properly clean after I told the insurance company I didn't want Duraclean back on my property. To this day you can still smell smoke. The insurance company paid me for my time, the problem was not the insurance company but the company that they contracted with Duraclean.
