Communication was absolutely horrible. Had to harass to find out any information and people I was told to call never answered.

Took numerous phone calls to even schedule the work, and then the wrong door was installed. Now we are waiting for someone to come back & correct the mistake. The installer, though, did a very nice job, was polite & helpful.

Have at least one person on installation team speak English, as very hard to communicate. Also have followup inspection to ensure quality of work.
