Paid a little more than I would at our local store but it was built for my house and doorway. The installers were amazing and I didn't have to worry about who was doing the installation. Very professional from Todd our representative to the installers. They even came back because we had our house sided after we ordered it and things were a little different than they expected. Made an extra trip back just because they were not satisfied with the way it was wrapped and fixed it. That was because they are proud of the work they do. Thank you

I was led to believe I was getting a sliding door along with my windows. When I called and made my 2nd payment, I asked and was confirmed I was getting one with the person who took my payment.
I never got a sliding door that I thought I was paying for in the total cost.

Project had cancellations and lack of communication

Really please with the whole project and experience

Very pleased with the quality of the materials used. Also, we appreciated that Champion was willing to tackle this "small" job. Not every contractor was willing.

Though it was expensive, the company is well known and has quality materials and provides good work.

Definitely recommend

installation was great clean up was great satisfied with the windows. still have one broken pain and needs to be replaced I hope soon.

They were on time, efficient, the finished product is exactly what we wanted.

I highly recommend Champion of Toledo.

See below.

I only like to recommend when my overall experience has been good. While I believe I have quality windows and have had some great experiences with outstanding Champion employees, I am not thrilled about how the journey went from measuring to installing and the challenge of sharing my concerns and navigating through to completion. Communication/ problem solving is my main issue with Champion Windows. I hope this improves.

Would not recommend. Customer care and communication not a priority

Love the new room but did not like having to use their loan company, Greensky.

The crew you sent to my home were wonderful. They truly are Pro's. I highly recommend your company to others. Thanks for a job well done.

Better contact service.

I would not recommend this company to a friend or family ever because of the poor experience that I received from them

I am a returning happy customer, and Champion stands by their products and their finished work. Their sales team and installation teams are are excellent.

High quality products with good warranties.

The installation was seemless

Professional and courteous.

Great communication and follow through.

The installation was amazing!! Very professional and just beautiful!!

The final product looks amazing.

Only problem I had was the installers could not speak or understand English. Did good job though.

I was impressed with the high quality of Champion windows. It was sad to see advertising for a lower sale price after I made my purchase.

Na

Overall satisfaction

Quality, informed of various steps of the process, installation done in one day.

.

People know the job, very profressional.

They did a very good job

Communication was absolutely horrible. Had to harass to find out any information and people I was told to call never answered.

On time, very professional, installation was very high quality

Salesman was very friendly and presented the windows very well. Installers did a very nice job in cold conditions. Very courteous and respectful.

Took numerous phone calls to even schedule the work, and then the wrong door was installed. Now we are waiting for someone to come back & correct the mistake. The installer, though, did a very nice job, was polite & helpful.

Have at least one person on installation team speak English, as very hard to communicate. Also have followup inspection to ensure quality of work.

My house looks so different and so much better. Glad for the recommendations from Paul on how to make some changes with the appearance.

My custom door is too tall for the clear opening. Champion sent the same installer back out. The installer advised me that I should "just live with it" and to paint the framing header that is now exposed and cannot be covered with trim due to the door slab being too tall to clear the header trim.

You don't get what they present you with False advertisement

Job not completed! How can I leave a review ? Second I’m still trying figure out why my windows have chips on frame?

Quality window and look great

Windows look great, easy to slide open and shut. A nice addition to our house.

The job was replacement of a 57-year-old aluminum enclosed porch with a three-season enclosed room

After the contract was signed and the initial payment was made, the process fell apart. The salesman had no idea of what he was doing, but the spiel he provided in my home was outstanding. The follow-up was not. Any contact I managed to make with him was met with unprofessional rudeness. He would become very defensive and did not take any accountability for the lack of movement to get my 3-season room completed. He contacted me at one point indicating he had made a mistake and we would need to sign a new addendum to allow footers to be added to the job. This was completely wrong and he talked down to me in man-spaining what a footer was. I have been told he is no longer with the company~ GREAT move, however, no one followed up on his sale/my contract. Multiple calls to customer service (who were always delightful) went unanswered. When i finally got the attention of a 'higher up', he seemed like he would get things resolved. Nope, again, his role was either eliminated or changed and my account landed with yet another person. I made more outreach attempts and FINALLY found someone who did move things along. The contract was signed on May 16, 2025, and we were advised the job would be completed within 6-8 weeks (but likely sooner), so potentially by July 4.
The work was completed on SEPTEMBER 22. It was a one-day demo-build. it is UNEXCUSABLE that this simple job took this long to get completed.
the communication and follow-through at this company is ABYSMAL.

We're the windows i was shown very good.

Beautiful job but cut my satellite cable and without cable for 10 days

From beginning to end the communication was impeccable. Everyone wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

Be more responsive to phone calls.
