Very pleased with the quality of the materials used. Also, we appreciated that Champion was willing to tackle this "small" job. Not every contractor was willing.

Though it was expensive, the company is well known and has quality materials and provides good work.

installation was great clean up was great satisfied with the windows. still have one broken pain and needs to be replaced I hope soon.

I only like to recommend when my overall experience has been good. While I believe I have quality windows and have had some great experiences with outstanding Champion employees, I am not thrilled about how the journey went from measuring to installing and the challenge of sharing my concerns and navigating through to completion. Communication/ problem solving is my main issue with Champion Windows. I hope this improves.

Communication was absolutely horrible. Had to harass to find out any information and people I was told to call never answered.

On time, very professional, installation was very high quality

Salesman was very friendly and presented the windows very well. Installers did a very nice job in cold conditions. Very courteous and respectful.

Took numerous phone calls to even schedule the work, and then the wrong door was installed. Now we are waiting for someone to come back & correct the mistake. The installer, though, did a very nice job, was polite & helpful.

Have at least one person on installation team speak English, as very hard to communicate. Also have followup inspection to ensure quality of work.

My house looks so different and so much better. Glad for the recommendations from Paul on how to make some changes with the appearance.

My custom door is too tall for the clear opening. Champion sent the same installer back out. The installer advised me that I should "just live with it" and to paint the framing header that is now exposed and cannot be covered with trim due to the door slab being too tall to clear the header trim.

Windows look great, easy to slide open and shut. A nice addition to our house.

The job was replacement of a 57-year-old aluminum enclosed porch with a three-season enclosed room

After the contract was signed and the initial payment was made, the process fell apart. The salesman had no idea of what he was doing, but the spiel he provided in my home was outstanding. The follow-up was not. Any contact I managed to make with him was met with unprofessional rudeness. He would become very defensive and did not take any accountability for the lack of movement to get my 3-season room completed. He contacted me at one point indicating he had made a mistake and we would need to sign a new addendum to allow footers to be added to the job. This was completely wrong and he talked down to me in man-spaining what a footer was. I have been told he is no longer with the company~ GREAT move, however, no one followed up on his sale/my contract. Multiple calls to customer service (who were always delightful) went unanswered. When i finally got the attention of a 'higher up', he seemed like he would get things resolved. Nope, again, his role was either eliminated or changed and my account landed with yet another person. I made more outreach attempts and FINALLY found someone who did move things along. The contract was signed on May 16, 2025, and we were advised the job would be completed within 6-8 weeks (but likely sooner), so potentially by July 4.
The work was completed on SEPTEMBER 22. It was a one-day demo-build. it is UNEXCUSABLE that this simple job took this long to get completed.

These windows are so much nicer and much more efficient than the ones that were in the house, and the best ones on the market for efficiency and value. I highly recommend Champion and the salesman Todd for any window or door that's needed. We will be calling in the future to have the doors on our house replaced,we also own a house on the next street over that were going to have Champion replace all windows and doors on in the future.

You put the wrong door on and were gonna leave it like that until I spoke up. As of typing the wrong door is still on and no one has reached out to me
