It went very smoothly, and the installation crew was in-and-out. They had correctly estimated the time it was going to take, and the workmanship was great. There weren't any problems. The job was very good.

JoHanna was professional, prepared, and knowledgeable. She helped mw with the Kohler product line while working with the other elements I wanted included in my design. If not for JoHanna's help, I'd probably still be looking for fixtures etc!
