I totally expected them to suck the water out of the carpet and then to use the dryers and heaters, but they did not and it took way longer than it should have.I don't feel that they used their time and resources efficiently. I have no complaints about the rest of the job.

They did a great job, I like the way they cleaned up, it is just my kitchen has not been completed yet, there is a wall tht they removed, that they never replaced. However, I am happy with the work they have done.
