I was impressed with the installers who came out both the first time and the second time to repair. They were very courteous and knew their job. I'm assuming that everything is fine with the repairs, so we'll see when it rains if the leak comes back.

What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?
