History
Based in Palatine, Illinois, Bath Planet was created by founder Scott Rosenbach and retired co-founder, Tom Barzantny. The owners set out to build a turnkey, one-stop shop in 1999, recognizing a need for greater consistency and service between manufacturers and dealers in the tub and shower remodeling industry. The Bath Planet brand was originated to fulfill needs that were not being met. Over the years, the company has been able to connect the dots of a disconnected industry. Consumers gain peace of mind in their bath remodel from a trusted brand focused on combining the highest quality, an exclusive product line, authorized and trained local dealers, lifetime product warranties and professional support. Bath Planet is backed by a privately-held manufacturer with a network of independent dealers throughout the United States and Canada. Hide

Brett and Matt were very insightful and accomadating in their work. Asking questions of us and making suggestions during the work.

While the quality of the work is good, the customer support they proivde isn't as great as we would like. On more than one occasion, they didn't return our calls when there was an issue with the work. They had to cancel an appointment last minute, which was an issue because we had to take off work. The initial installation didn't go well; we had to take off more time from work. I am still waiting to hear back from them. It's been well over three weeks regarding compensation for things that didn't go well.
