While the quality of the work is good, the customer support they proivde isn't as great as we would like. On more than one occasion, they didn't return our calls when there was an issue with the work. They had to cancel an appointment last minute, which was an issue because we had to take off work. The initial installation didn't go well; we had to take off more time from work. I am still waiting to hear back from them. It's been well over three weeks regarding compensation for things that didn't go well.

It wasn't as smooth as it could have been, trying to get scheduled. They did a great job overall.

When he tore it down to the studs, he had to do a little extra. Other than that, they did a great job. I will recommend them and already have recommended them.

Additional Comments - I waited two years for a local guy to do my bathroom, and it was never done. A friend of mine used you and gave me your number. I had it done within less than two or three months of talking to her. I wish I had known this a long time ago. I am enjoying it, and it's done.

Once I start showing people the bathroom I would love to find other customers for you. The men finished in a timely fashion and did not rush. They always considered what we wanted.

Clean - The men always put down a tarp, the whole way through the house to the working area. They stayed on their "walking space" and cleaned up every day. I understand the only thing they couldn't control much was the dust factor, but that is SO to be expected.
