South Florida natives Alan S. Macken and Andrew K. Verzura have redefined their hometown communities as hands-on owners, developers, builders and managers. With more than 50 years of experience between them, they stand at the forefront of the region’s growth and development.
Their longstanding relationships with key industry players and their knowledge of the local market allows them to identify the optimal professionals for each unique project. Repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients are a testament to the reputation they have built for consistently delivering superlative results on time and on budget.
Macken and Verzura believe collaboration is a fundamental ingredient to success, whether they are acting as general contractors, developers, construction managers or owners’ representatives. Every project has a dedicated team of professionals who remain in constant communication. Design and development teams, many of which have been with VCM for years, participate in every stage of construction. Senior management conducts weekly site inspections and holds regular owners’ meetings, and subcontractors are pre-qualified to ensure they meet the same quality standards. Hide
