We also offer fence building and painting services. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and offering high quality craftsmanship with all our services including deck staining, deck maintenance and repairs to our Front Range and High Rocky Mountains customers. I would echo what Steven says. Generally, flat paint is not washable. If you look at the cleaning instrctions, it will talk about being "scrubbable". This means you have to scrub a layer of paint off ... read more

My Bermuda sod was put down at my new home in December. How do I care for it to promote growth and keep it healthy?

Water until established and then cut the water back.  Bermuda needs water, but not as much as some of the other types of grass.  Keep it cut short
