I felt it was appropriate to write a review ten years after my home was built by Saltwater homes inc having worked directly with Robbie during my construction, it was indeed a pleasure. The reason I'm submitting my post is because earlier this week a contractor came over to give me a Quote on a small project, and he asked me who built this home, I inform him of the builder and he said he couldn't believe the quality of the home with all the small details. So I responded if you know of anyone interested in building a quality home you need to look no further and plan their beautiful home. I hope his cousin decides to build with Saltwater.

Building our dream home with Saltwater Homes was one of the most wonderful experiences we have had in our lives. We're truly elated that we chose them to build and make our dream home a reality. From our initial visit to their model and meeting Joe, to Robbie helping us design and tweak our vision and Nichole fine tuning all the details and helping with endless selections to Art who was there and available every single day 24/7 executing and managing all of the moving parts made the perfect team. Saltwater Homes are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. As far as workmanship they just can't be beat and I would recommend them over any other builder by far. Saltwater (Rob) has met and exceeded our expectations. We were out of town during most of the building process and Saltwater (Nichole and Art) kept us informed on a regular basis. Nichole made great suggestions on our tile and paint colors which were perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team.

From our initial interaction with Joe Cocuzza who helped inform us about Saltwater's attributes as we toured model homes (down to earth, relaxed (no pressure), very informative), to the design phase with Rob Booher (good listener, intuitive to our preferences, outstanding design ideas, responsive) to Nichole Waltman who was our contact throughout the build (informative, kept up on our build schedule, responsive to issues as they came up, patient with our questions) to Art Tucker who kept things moving at the build site (identified issues and found solutions for them, handled anything he could immediately (which was quite a bit, he is proficient in many trades), responsive to our questions/concerns), we who had never gone through the process of building a custom home were grateful for the professional, friendly, and down to earth style of Saltwater.

If anyone wants to have a house built, I would recommend Saltwalter Homes beyond a doubt!

I highly recommend them as your custom home builder. They are wonderful. They include a lot in their homes that most builders don't.

Saltwater builds wonderful homes. They are helpful throughout the whole process.They pick the best subcontractors to meet their quality standards. Rob listens to your details when working with your needs and wants for the floorpan. Nichole is on top of things in the office and is quick to get questions answered, something done, and pays attention that the details are correct. Rocky is perfect as a site manager. He kept on top of things to keep the project on schedule and was very keen to the details to make sure everything was done top notch.

Building with Saltwater Homes was an overall wonderful experience and we could not be happier with the results! We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to build a new home. I have nothing negative to say about them at all.

Building a home can be a real lifetime experience, but they made it very simple and easy.

We were very pleased with the entire building process with Saltwater Homes. They have high standards and a low tolerance for imperfection. They communicated with us during the entire process and solved problems quickly when they arose. We have lived in our new home for a year now and still marvel at the solidity and craftsmanship of the work done. We would absolutely recommend them to others and will use them again ourselves if we ever build another home.

They met all of our expectations and went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier.
