"Testament to our dedication to our clients is their dedication to us. We've had the pleasure of working with many homeowners on multiple projects, and even acquired their neighbors and friends as satisfied customers." - Rocco Sinisgalli, Owner and President, Oneida Builders
Oneida Builders understands that renovating a house is much more than wood and nails. It's making a home better for the family who resides within. It's turning a kitchen into an inviting and functional space where friends can gather, or transforming an ordinary deck into an extraordinary sun room. It's making the master bathroom into a spa oasis, bringing tranquility to the home, or creating a living room where families can work and play together, and so much more.
We appreciate the significant time and financial commitment our homeowners make when deciding to renovate. Always respectful of this, our goal is to ensure your project follows the agreed-upon time line and budget. Planning and construction stays on task. We wouldn't have it any other way, and neither should you.
Oneida Builders has been a four-time winner of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Professionalism Awards for Residential Remodeling, including two Gold Awards in 2006. We've turned dreams into reality for homeowners all across Atlanta. Visit the rest of the site for "before and after" photos, project ideas and helpful information. Or set up a in-home consultation and let us show you our award-winning work first hand. See how Oneida shines in building, renovation and design.

Recognized Excellence
Recognized Excellence - David was very knowledgeable and personable. I very much enjoyed working with and learning from Rocco. I also enjoyed all the sub contractors.
Areas Of Satisfaction
Areas Of Satisfaction - Most everything met and exceeded our expectations. This included the initial planning with David and Rocco. Rocco made many suggestions that proved correct (e.g., purchase in- ceiling and in-wall speakers, replace crown and dental molding, eliminate chair railing, doorway trim, can lights). Painting is great. Floors are great. Cabinets and countertops are great. All trim is stunning.

Recognized Excellence
Recognized Excellence - Rocco, the owner, was readily accessible during the project and very easy to work with. Mark Shaw is an excellent carpenter and I am fairly sure he can fix anything. They were the two people we interacted with most during the project, but everyone from the demo guys to the tile guys to the painters were all prompt, courteous, and professional when working in our home...and everything turned out great!

They did our kitchen project seamlessly, stress-free they kept the job site clean and a year later we had an issue and they came out and resolved it at no cost and did it perfectly. I would use them for any future projects that I plan to do. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Additional comments
Areas For Improvement
Areas For Improvement - They did not, the project was done smoothly and I have no criticisms. They had a designer and an architect helping us. We had a budget it was very detailed. They have done projects in our neighborhood previously and they knew there was going to be a problem and addressed problems that other remodelers said that it wasnt going to be a problem and it was when they opened it up. They were fantastic
Additional Comments
Additional Comments - Rocko is phenomenal did it the right way and didn't cut corners and everything was good quality.

With Taylor Construction, I felt like I was paying a little bit more than I could have paid elsewhere. Still, I was very satisfied with the value.
Review of LeafGuard of North Georgia by Hubert H.
I was impressed with the installers who came out both the first time and the second time to repair. They were very courteous and knew their job. I'm assuming that everything is fine with the repairs, so we'll see when it rains if the leak comes back.
