Recognized Excellence - I would recognize Roco for his exceptional service. He was amazing, for him to be so involved in the process that was great for us. We had a leak and was at our house within 45 minutes, the owner of the company did this so that speaks volumes.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The timeline was amazing to have a project of that magnitude. They told us they wanted to be done in 12 weeks and they finished on that day. They would e-mail every Friday with an update and we appreciated that as well.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Most everything met and exceeded our expectations. This included the initial planning with David and Rocco. Rocco made many suggestions that proved correct (e.g., purchase in- ceiling and in-wall speakers, replace crown and dental molding, eliminate chair railing, doorway trim, can lights). Painting is great. Floors are great. Cabinets and countertops are great. All trim is stunning.

Recognized Excellence - Rocco, the owner, was readily accessible during the project and very easy to work with. Mark Shaw is an excellent carpenter and I am fairly sure he can fix anything. They were the two people we interacted with most during the project, but everyone from the demo guys to the tile guys to the painters were all prompt, courteous, and professional when working in our home...and everything turned out great!

Additional Comments - I wish all the other contractors were like Oneida. They were really upfront and whatever they said, they did. They communicated effectively through the whole process of my remodel, which was awesome. They really did a great job.

The whole process was very smooth. I couldn't be more happy with the way it all worked out. The final product is outstanding.

Oneida Builders refinished our kitchen and helped us build a bar in a home entertainment room and were very satisfied with the results and felt like the quality of the work was very high. Communication with Roco and his team was very good.

He was our contact, and the person in charge of the job and the folks that he had working for him I thought were very very good. He had an assistant, and I thought he was very good. We thought a lot of the electrician that Rocco used for the project.

The couple of instances since then that I have needed to follow up with Rocco he was great about that. The customer service after the project was extraordinary!

They did our kitchen project seamlessly, stress-free they kept the job site clean and a year later we had an issue and they came out and resolved it at no cost and did it perfectly. I would use them for any future projects that I plan to do. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Areas For Improvement - They did not, the project was done smoothly and I have no criticisms. They had a designer and an architect helping us. We had a budget it was very detailed. They have done projects in our neighborhood previously and they knew there was going to be a problem and addressed problems that other remodelers said that it wasnt going to be a problem and it was when they opened it up. They were fantastic
