Kaplan Snow Removal in a harsh climate for asphalt. The sun bakes it dry until it fades and cracks. When the rains come, they seep into those cracks and form little reservoirs beneath the surface. In winter, the temperatures drop, and the water freezes, expanding and forcing the cracks wider. Then comes the snow and ice, further damaging the cracked surface. As the year turns, the process begins again, the deterioration compounding with each passing year. If the damage is not dealt with early, it only gets worse, leading to ugly crumbling, buckling, and dangerous potholes.
