Integrity Restoration is very quick. I have not had a big track recond with them. They were on time and I am impressed with how quickly they came. I am not at the end of the project yet.

I felt that they were more motivated by money than anything else which caused them to go above and beyond what needed to be done.

There have been too many difficulties with incompetent employees, and management and supervisory employees not showing up.

Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - We are satisfied with the materials, but the insurance company paid for the materials. We are in the midst of rebuilding our walk-in shower, which is being conducted and managed by an individual named James. He is the most competent, respectable person that anyone could ever imagine to rebuild a walk-in shower. He's an absolute gentleman who has done what he can. In some cases, he has done what he's had to do with a minimum of assistance from other employees. I have nothing but 150% recognition for James' professionalism. He is getting ready to add the tile to our bathroom floor. He is absolutely wonderful. He is very, very respectful, and quite obviously very competent. But, we also had one employee who came here that I finally advised the sub-management that he should never come back, because he was coming at 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning and going for lunch for an hour and leaving at 2:30 to 3:00. Most people work for eight hours a day, and he was working for four hours a day. I finally told them that I didn't want to see them again. He wasn't doing anything. They have removed him, and I don't want to see him again in this house.
