We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our new house. Coastal pays particular attention to details to give the final product a little extra touch. They work hard to keep the customer abreast of activity, but sometimes come up a little short in communication -- but they know this and we have seen that they are working to improve.

Our home was a "model". We chose it over many other properties because of the quality of construction and attention to detail. Family and friends who have visited have remarked that our home is beautiful and that we were fortunate to find this gem. We obviously recommend Coastal Signature Homes.

Review of Georgia Water and Fire by Sandra F.
The contractors that were used were not respectful of our property and they caused damage to our property that Georgia Water and Fire were not willing to take responsibility for. It caused us additional damage and work that had to be done that they refused to complete

Jenny and JJ were great! From the beginning they helped us with every decision on our home and provided great insight making selections. Anytime we had a a question or concern they were quick to address it and come up with a solution.
Review of Taylor Construction by Torrence W.
The quality of the workmanship was extremely well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone to increase the appeal of their home. It's night and day compared to what our home looked like previously, and the added value is just phenomenal.
