Your House 1st

Many times (depending on your circumstances) we are willing to provide a rent to own option to you. All the normal rules concerning credit, debt ratio and proof of income are thrown out the window. We can be very creative with the financing and structure it to fit your needs. Your House 1st Rent to own program allows you to Rent and occupy a home while building equity towards the sale price. The sale price is set the day you sign the "Rent Option" agreement. This way you enjoy the pricing and value of ownership today even though you are making the final purchase of the home at a later date. Plus, any work you do to the home will not be wasted when the rental period is over. A down payment is required to make this possible.

I am delighted we made the chose to go with LeafGuard. They were entirely professional, and it's a great relief to have gutters I no longer have to worry about.

I was told the project would take one day, it did take two. But I did get a quality job well done. You just can't rush perfection.

We recently purchased a new oven/range as the last one had a pretty bad gas leak. Glad we did as it was a potential danger. We got it on sale also, which was an added benefit!
